My Humble Appeal To The 2023 National Delegates To The Special National Convention

Dear APC delegates, the task of electing the candidate that will fly the Ruling APC Party flag lies on your shoulders.

The future of this great and our dear nation is in your hands. So, please search your conscience and decide if you want the best for Nigeria.

If your answer is YES, then VOTE for Rt. Hon. Rotimi Chibuike AMAECHI. WHY HIM?

Since Nigeria is battling to stamp out insecurity in the immediate horizon of its shores, ROTIMI CHIBUIKE AMAECHI is the answer; because he is an “EAGLE” and the strength of an EAGLE is seen and tested in the STORM AND TEMPEST!!!

I am an ordinary grassroot living witness to his strength and courage in Port Harcourt and indeed Rivers State. His strength, courage and magical touches and approaches to steming out and eradicating INSECURITY in RVs was legendary!!

Before Sept 2007 insecurity in RVs, South South and South Eastern Regions was raised to power ten. Security operatives were slaughtered in their droves that their moral and courage were at their lowest ebbs. Nobody was safe anywhere. Killing and kidnappings were the other of the day. Crime and criminality were thriving businesses. There was almost absence of law and order. It was very pathetic then. The Army, Navy, Airforce top commanders and Commissioners of Police in Rivers State then can attest to this if I am lying. To worsen the security situations, the “governor that was holding brief for Chibuike Amaechi” alleged that the security operatives were the culprits and mass-swept and mass-transferred all the security personnel out of Rivers State. I was thrown to Cross Rivers State, without any kind of provision. We were pitifully and painfully on our own like fish out of water! The older security personnel will attest to this because it is the truth, and nothing but the truth!

The first batches have gone and the Almighty God in October 2007′ through the SUPREME COURT, corrected the “K Leg” PDP created in Rivers State, and Rt. Hon. CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI assumed office of the Governor of RVs.

He immediately halted the mass transfer. He did not believe the security operatives were solely the problem of insecurity in the state. He brought courage, doggedness hope and bravado and injected these into the officers, rank and files of all the forces in the state. He also participated directly in some of the operations.

He sent some on crash security training in Israel and later brought in Israeli security experts who worked alongside their Nigerian counterparts to train the security on crime-fighting and within six (6) months RVs and Niger Delta and the neighbouring states enjoyed peace. Night life blossomed, the RVs IGR rose to around N7b per month.

Gov CRA also directed all the sister security forces to compile and submit the names of their personnel that died on the line of duty and wounded or maimed as the result of the insecurity. I compiled the one for my formation and the humble and caring GOVERNOR ROTIMI CHIBUIKE AMAECHI led RVs Government paid next of kins of the slain security men, to cushion the effects of the loss and injuries!!

I am sure the security personnel both serving and retired will confirm this.

Let me SHOUT IT OUT IF IT IS NOT TRUE THEN I WILL NAME NAMES OF THOSE THAT BENEFITED FROM THE FORMATION I BELONGED.

I hope the security personnel have not forgotten how CRA helped curb insecurity in Abia State during the reign of the dreaded Osisikankwu. It was RV State the security operatives that helped in quelling criminality in Abia State then. Ask His Exc. T.A. Orji, the then gov of Abia State if I am lying.

Dear Delegates, please remember your vote for Rt. Hon. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi is a sure vote to quell insecurity and the enthronement of security in Nigeria. He has done it before and he can do it again again for us of all. It all depends in your vote.

REMEMBER CRA: CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI by the Grace God is the answer. HE ALWAYS COMES WITH COURAGE, DETERMINATION AND EXCELLENCE.
