Plane Crash kill 160 in Iran
More than 160 people have been reportedly killed in a plane crash in Iran on Wednesday. The Boeing 737 passenger plane operated by a Ukrainian airline crashed minutes after take-off from Iranian Capital, Tehran. Iranian state television said the crash was due to technical problems after taking off from the Imam Khomeini international airport in Tehran. In a report from Reuters, Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky said that there were no survivors on the plane identified as Flight 752.
In an unrelated development, Iranian state television said Iran had fired 15 missiles at two Iraqi facilities hosting U.S. forces at about 1:30 a.m. (2230 GMT on Tuesday). So far, no casualty has been recorded.
