BBNaija: My eviction wasn’t due to my marriage- Niyi

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye ex-housemate, Niyi, said that his marriage was not the reason for his eviction, stating that he was rather unfortunate.

In a Facebook live interview with PUNCH Online, Niyi explained that his nomination was just an ‘unfortunate situation’ for him.

Niyi who maintained a rather cool disposition throughout his time in the house said he knew he would be up for eviction the moment Pere was revealed as the Wildcard.

He said, “I always considered my situation as an unfortunate one because we were just left with two people to decide who were going to be up.

While briefly stating the rift between him and fellow housemate, Pere, He said: “Pere was someone that we did not get along. We had our issues in the house.

“So the moment I found out that he was the wildcard, I knew it was an unfortunate situation for me. I knew I was going to be up for eviction. It was a no-brainer for me.

“I really don’t think that it’s because I’m married, that’s why I’m out here today. Because I left an impact with the housemates, they love me and they like me, so it’s cool.”
