Members Of The Executives Are Aware Of Frauds

In an interview, a former United States Military Captain, Johnson said he is not a partisan but a Nigerian who seeks to find a solution to the pressing issues in Nigeria for the good of all Nigerians, said Members get projects for their consistency and gives it to whoever they want.

He further said when Members of the national assembly get contracts they will put it to agencies of Government who are friendly with them to execute it.

And if there’s any fraud to it, the national assembly members cannot carry out any fraudulent act as regards to contract without the permission of the Members of the executives.

According to Johnson the executives are the ones who award the contract, they are the ones who are supposed to supervise the contract, they are the ones who are supposed to give the certificate of completion and they are the ones who pay for the contracts so if there’s any fraud then it is because the Members of the executives colluded. He said.
