Minister hints of resolution of doctors’ strike
The Minister of Health Doctor OSAGIE EHANIRE, has expressed confidence that the Federal Government’s dispute with striking resident doctors would be resolved soon.
Doctor EHANIRE told the daily news conference of the Presidential Task Force, PTF on COVID-19 in Abuja, that the aggrieved medical workers, in a meeting with his team, appeared to understand that the nation was in a critical time.
EHANIRE also warned against the rejection of patients, stressing that none of the routine services like antenatal and immunization should be neglected in hospitals.
