Ighalo, Silva, Zlatan… players who may MISS end of season due to coronavirus
A HOST of stars could miss the end of the season with the campaign set to be extended.
All games have been postponed until at least April although that could increase as the coronavirus continues to spread globally.
The high-profile names include Manchester City’s David Silva, Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen and Manchester United’s on-loan striker Odion Ighalo.
Ighalo has been an integral figure for the Red Devils since his loan move from the Chinese Super League in January.
Other names include Arsenal’s midfielder Dani Ceballos, Chelsea duo Willian and Pedro and PSG’s Icardi, Cavani and Meunier.
Bayern Munich stars Coutinho and Perisic, Inter’s Sanchez and Young, Milan talisman Ibrahimovic also could miss the end of the season.
