Thousands without power, Travel Chaos Army on standby, As Storm Eunice Batters London
One of the worst storms in decades is set to batter London in less than 24 hours, bringing significant disruption and ‘extremely strong’ winds.
The Met Office issued a rare red alert for south-west England and south Wales, leaving people in the capital to anxiously await what weather Storm Eunice will bring.
An amber warning for wind is in place for London from 5am until 9pm tomorrow.
