Smell Feet is one embarrassing issue many people are dealing with. I have seen a number of people who have good looks, yet when it’s time to take off their shoes in public space, they become so scared.

Well, some are not even scared anymore because they are already used to it, but one thing remains, “You are Invading your neighbor’s comfort with discomfort”

That shouldn’t happen!

Many times we get so busy all day, with our feet all covered up with shoes, that has no place for airflow.

Smelly feet can be so embarrassing and can as well make people stay away from you except they really like you!

Anyone can get a smelly foot… Yeah, it can happen to anyone.

But everyone won’t have it. Feet often become smelly if sweat soaks into your shoes and they don’t dry before you wear them again.

You’re also more likely to have sweaty feet if you’re on your feet all day, wear shoes that are too tight, are under a lot of stress, or have a medical condition called hyperhidrosis, which makes you sweat more than usual.

Teenagers and pregnant women are really likely to get them because hormonal changes make them sweat more.

Here are a few tips on how to get rid of smelly feet:

– wash your feet with antibacterial soap once a day (a pharmacist can advise you about different products)

– Dry your feet well after they have been wet, especially between your toes

– Try not to wear the same pair of shoes 2 days in a row so they have at least 24 hours to dry out change your socks at least once a day. It is ideal to use wool and cotton, not nylon.

– keep your toenails short and clean, and remove any hard skin with a foot file (it can become soggy when damp, which provides an ideal home for bacteria)You can also try this to get rid of sweaty feet

– using a spray deodorant or antiperspirant on your feet (a normal underarm deodorant or antiperspirant works just as well as a specialist foot product and will cost you less)

– putting medicated insoles, which have a deodorizing effect, in your shoes using a foot powder to absorb sweat. You can meet a pharmacist on what foot powder to use.

– There are socks specifically made for sweaty feet. some sports socks are designed to keep feet dry, and you can get special antibacterial socks wearing leather or canvas shoes, as they allow your feet to breathe, unlike plastic ones always wearing socks with closed-toe shoes

Other ways can be;-

– Exfoliate the feet

You can use a scrub or a pumice stone to remove dead skin cells that bacteria like to feed on.

A person who has especially smelly feet may wish to use a pumice stone 2–3 times each week to avoid buildup. wash your feet every day with antibacterial soap, paying close attention to the areas between the toes.

– Salt soak your feet

Soaking is very useful in an exfoliating routine. You can prepare a bowl or tub of warm water and dissolve 1/2 cup of Epsom salts in it. Soak the feet for 10–20 minutes, and then dry the feet thoroughly.
