Pastor Ibeleme turns 73, to retire from 50 years of Service.
Pastor Thomas Ibeleme Okaranwaolu, erudite clergyman and father to Dr. Israel Ibeleme- aide to the Honourable Minister of Transportation, is 73 year old today. Aside celebrating over seven decades of purposeful living, the Septuagenarian is also celebrating over 50 years of Service in the vineyard of the Lord.
According to Dr. Israel Ibeleme, Pastor Thomas Ibeleme, is currently the Pastor of The Apostolic Church, in Ibere, Ikwuano LGA Abia State. Dr. Israel told our reporter that his father has been a living demonstration of the admonition from the Holy Scriptures which says, “follow peace with all men.” According to him, he has “never for once seen or heard of “his dad “being involved in property or land tussle, or being in a war of words with anyone.” Dr. Israel also told our reporter that Pastor Ibeleme, is happily married to Mrs Esther Thomas Ibeleme and the union has been blessed with many Children, Grandchildren.
Dr. Israel Ibeleme further noted his father is also a retired Engineer and Philanthropist who has provided shelter for many. “My Dad is a giver, he loves people and if there’s trouble where he is, he will always say leave it for God even when his right,” Dr. Israel said.
Further pouring encomium on his father, Dr. Israel Ibeleme said, “My father is a good man. He is very kind, loving and always ready to support programs. He’s very humble and I am very happy to have him as a father. He is peaceful and a peacemaker. I’m yet to see anyone speak bad about my dad, as he is always the one to intervene when families has issues.”
Pastor Thomas Ibeleme Okarawolu is set to retire after 50 years of active Pastoring and Church planting in cities, villages and towns across Nigeria.
