AS Monaco FC appoint Robert Moreno as New Coach

French League One team, Association Sportive de Monaco Football Club has confirmed Robert Moreno as the new head coach of the club in a contract running till 2022.
42 years old Robert Moreno González before being named Monaco’s head coach has worked with Roma, Celta De Vigo, Barcelona and Celta as assistant manager in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2017 respectively. In July 2018, he joined the Spain National team as an assistant coach. In March 2019, he became the interim manager of the Spanish National team and was appointed the team’s head coach on 19 June 2019

Roberto Moreno will be taking over from José Leonardo Jardim who joined AS Monaco FC in June 2014 on a two-year contract deal. He was however sacked in 2018 but he returned to head AS Monaco in January 2019 following the dismissal of Thierry Henry.
