Abuja Discharges 20 COVID-19 Patients

The Federal Capital Territory has recorded 20 coronavirus recoveries, The PUNCH reports.

FCT Minister, Mohammed Bello, made this known on Saturday, noting that the total number of discharged patients in the nation’s capital has risen to 459.

“On July 2nd, 20 #COVID19 patients were discharged from the Isolation Centres in the FCT following their successful treatment. They have now been reunited with their families.

“The total number of discharged patients in the FCT is now 459,” he tweeted while urging residents to take responsibility and keep safe by observing all safety protocols outlined by health and government authorities.

NCDC said 11,069 patients have been discharged across the country upon treatment and recovery from the virus.
