Easter: These are trying times, trust in God and pray- Amaechi urge Nigerians

The Minister of Transport, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi implored Nigerians to put their trust in God even as they celebrate Easter and also pray that God heals Nigeria and other countries around the globe of the novel coronavirus.

Amaechi on Sunday while giving his Easter message via his official twitter handles made this know.

These are trying times, but we have to stand together & trust in God. As we celebrate Christ's resurrection, let us be inspired by his sacrifices & continue making our own sacrifices to keep everyone safe. Together, we'll beat this deadly Coronavirus.

However, he reminded Christians to be inspired by Christ sacrifice especially in these times and citizens should also play their own part as this will go a long way in the fight against Corona virus.
