Breaking: Plateau Senator Ignatius Longjan is dead
The Senator representing Plateau Southern Senatorial District of Plateau State and former Deputy Governor of the state, Senator Ignatius Datong Longjan has died in a Turkish hospital.
Ignatius Longjan, reportedly died at a Turkish hospital at the age of 75. Confirming the story, a senator who preferred anonymity spoke with Vanguard: “I saw the unfortunate news on senators Whatsapp group this morning. I don’t have details about his death but he has been sick for some time now.”
Until his death, Senator Longjan was the Vice-Chairman, Senate Committee on Culture and Tourism.
