The death of 79years old Mrs Alice Chinah has brought people far and near for a befitting christian burial as described by her son Chindah Eze.
Her son, in an interview with AsphericNews stated “She lived her life as a golden mother of the catholic church”
He also described his mother as a friend, teacher and a very strong women leader in the community a mother to many. He lost his father as a child and Mrs Alice, his mother, played the role of both father and mother.
He said “The memory she left behind is beyond expression of words”
She has also been described as an influential bridge builder and successful Entrepreneur.
The catholic church mama worshipped St Peters Parish catholic church, shepherd by Rev Father Philip Amadi gave her a befitting christian burial, because of the indelible mark she has placed in the church.
Friends, political and frontline associates far and near brought much grace to the occasion.
The Hon. Minister of Transportation, Rt Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, amidst his busy schedule took out time to show up at the event. He also led the Ground breaking of the memorial chapel in the Catholic church, in honour of Mama.
The Minister has also directed that the completion of the chapel should be between now and December.
