FCT Police arrest nine robbery suspects

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command in a bid to safe guard lives and properties of residents has arrested nine robbery suspects along Jabi-Utako, Wuse and Kwali area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The suspects were arrested during different intelligence operations between February 10-18,2021.
The suspects are Adah Johnson, 20years; Ebere Ekueme, 19; Freedom Emmanuel ,20; Gambo Alanana ,19; Gideon Adaga, 35; Friday Adanu ,20; Danjuma Gambo, 19; Abubakar Aliyu ,20 and Jude Godwin, 25years.
The FCT police spokesperson, ASP Mariam Yusuf, in a statement on Sunday, said exhibits recovered from the suspects include three locally fabricated pistols, one unexpended cartridge, four cutlasses, one cutter, three television sets, four mobile phones and N130,000 cash.
However, the police stated the suspects will be arraigned in court after investigation.
