President Tinubu Felicitates With Buhari At 81
President Bola Tinubu has extended his congratulations to his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari, as he celebrates his 81st birthday. The felicitation was conveyed in a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Saturday.
In the statement, Tinubu praised Buhari as an exemplar of sacrifice, devotion, patriotism, and loyalty to the national cause. He celebrated Buhari as an icon of truth, justice, and patriotism, recognizing his remarkable leadership credentials and accomplishments as the Head of State and President.
Tinubu highlighted Buhari’s record of infrastructural development, including the establishment of new international airports, standard-gauge railway lines, seaport development, dams, power stations, oil and gas infrastructure, expressways, mega-bridges, and Nigeria’s first national social investment and protection program. He also acknowledged Buhari’s efforts to modernize Nigeria’s defense architecture and enhance food security through empowering millions of Nigerian farmers.
