Steve Crown, Frank Edward, Others Surprises Judith Amaechi With Praise Worship/Thanksgiving On Birthday
Gospel artistes Steve Crown Uche Okolo, Frank Edward and others surprised Dame Judith Amaechi, wife of former Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi with Praise-worship to commemorate her 52nd birthday celebration.
As early as 6:00 am, the gospel singers led by steve crown and Frank Edward converged at the Amaechi’s residence in Asokoro-Abuja with rendition of praise songs and prayers to mark Mrs. Amaechi birthday.
Also, Father Zachariah of Catholic Church of the Archangels, Gaduwa, Durumi, Abuja, officiated the Mass of Thanksgiving in honour of the celebrant with special prayer of the faithful..The Father said “God never fails” . He admonished Mrs Amaechi to remain resolute and committed as she has been known and prayed for her long life and more blessings.
On her part, Mrs. Amaechi thanked everyone who contributed in making her auspicious day a bliss.
She said “I give God the glory for this day, I thank my Darling husband, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, my wonderful sons, Steve Crown, Frank Edwards, and everyone who worked behind the scene to ensure I have this blissful birthday celebration. I want to say thank you all.
Again, on behalf of my husband, I will say merry Christmas in advance and a prosperous new year to you all. I was told I was born 3 hours to Christmas, jokingly I said why didn’t I wait to be born on Christmas date, well it is still the same festive period and I will always thank God, the Father in heaven. I pray God’s purpose in our lives is fulfilled. I pray for peace in our homes and our nation, Nigeria. May God bless you all”
Mrs Amaechi, a Mother, a quintessential philanthropist, per excellence, as first Lady of Rivers state, birthed Empowerment Support Initiative (ESI) as a Non-Governmental Organisation that vigorously pursued the development and welfare of indigent women, children and youth in the society as well as provided practical technical assistance and support to the socially and economically alienated members of the society through its skills acquisition, technical, medical and public awareness campaign programs.
Dame Judith through ESI has been playing pivotal role in the lives of vulnerable Nigerians by providing skill acquisitions, empowerment with tools to women particularly the aged and the widows thereby boosting their standard of living. She also offered scholarships to the indigents and gives hope to the children of the less privileged, some of whom have acquired advance certificates.
Judith Amaechi a devote Christian was born on the 24th, 1970. She attended Port Harcourt Primary, Federal Government girls College, Abuloma for her Primary and Post-Primary Education. She enrolled at the Rivers State University of Science and technology, Port Harcourt and graduated with a degree in urban and regional planning.
