Photonews: MOWCA Scribe pays courtesy visit to Côte d’Ivoire Foreign affairs’s Perm Sec

The Secretary General of the Maritime Organization for the West and Central Africa (MOWCA) Dr. Paul Adalikwu, on Tuesday, paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Côte d’Ivoire Amb Douada Diabate.

The scribe said ” I exchanged ideas on repositioning MOWCA and enlisted the support of the host country in securing a permanent secretariat for the organization.”
