Ibeleme Mourns Late KC Ugboaja, Says Abia Has Lost An Illustrious Son
The founder and Chief Executive Officer Israel Ibeleme Foundation (IIF), Dr. Israel Chibueze Ibeleme has described death of the former Commissioner for Works in Abia State and who was also Executive Chairman, Ikwuano Local Government Council, Barrister Kelvin Chima Ugboaja as a great loss the good people of Ikwuano and Abia in general.
Dr. Ibeleme in his condolence message said he is deeply pained upon receiving the sad news of the passing on to eternal glory of Ugboaja.
He further said, “the deceased lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation, used his vast experience in legal profession in the service of common man, for the betterment of the people and, also bring to bear humaneness as he piloted the affairs as Ikwanno Local Government as the Executive Chairman”.

Ibeleme urged the Ugboaja immediate family to take solace in the words of God: “The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away”(Job 1:21).
Ibeleme concluded that “Abia has lost an illustrious son”, and prayed for his eternal rest.
The former Commissioner died on July 9, 2022.
