Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president has emerged the winner of The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primary election conducted at the MKO Abiola International Stadium Abuja having scored 371 votes out of the 750 total and valid votes cast by the delegates.
His closest rival, Governor Nysom Wike of Rivers scored, 237; Former Senate President, Bukola Abubakar Saraki, 70; Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom, 38; Former Senate President Ayim Pius Ayim, 14; Bala Mohammed of Bauchi 20.
