Amaechi received Excellence in Road Safety Award on behalf of Federal Republic of Nigeria from President of Ghana
Nigeria was awarded with award in Excellence Road Safety Management by the Kofi Annan Foundation Award In Road Safety. Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi received the award on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The event was held in Accra Ghana and had in attendance President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Ministers of Transportation from Ghana, South Africa, Morocco, Namibia, and many other dignitaries across Africa and UN Secretary General Special Envoy.
In a press release signed by the Director of Press and Public Relations, Federal Minister of Transport, Eric Ojiekwe, the Minister led the Federal Government delegation.
