We have finally put the opposition to shame, APC’s Youth Progressives Movement heralds.

The newly elected chairman of the APC’S Youth Progressives Movement for the national convention and Caretaker committee Prince Mustapha Muna Audu has said that the APC youth have finally taken over the party and also put opposition to shame

He stated this in a Press briefing held on Monday by the Youth Progressives Movement YCM of the All Progressives Congress organized to inaugurate APC’S convention and Caretaker committee and also set up a reconciliatory committee ,that will reconcile all aggrieved members of the party across the country

In the Chairman’s word
“We have been set with a great task to deliver a convention in two months
This means accomplishing a task in two months, that the previous committee was unable to accomplish in 20months”

He further stated that he looks forward to giving all it takes, to take the party to a great height even with the support of the newly elected CECPC and the leadership of the PYM,…He affirmed that the committee he has been appointed to head will accomplish their task.

Speaking on the committee’s agenda, he stated
” To hit the ground running, we must have clear aims, objectives, milestones, deliverables and time lines”

According to the agenda, which is broken into five parts, a date has been set on Saturday 26 February 2022 as the date of the APC national convention at the Eagles Square

A zoning formula for the February 2022 APC National Convention has also been released and the document is christened, ‘The Mandate Of The Youth” and he stated that every single young well meaning Nigerian wants.

He further stated that according to the document , Nigeria will be rescued.

The Chairman of the party will be zoned to the North, the Deputy Chairman South will be for members of the party from 45yrs and below and the Deputy chairman North will be female members of the party from 45yrs and below, National Sec. will be zoned to the south and the Deputy National Secretary will be zoned to the North with the Deputy National secretary maxim cut off age will be 45yrs or below, The national vice chairman for the six geo political zones are North West, North East, North Central, South West, South East and South South and the North Central will be given to a female below the age of 45 and South West will also be given to a female below the age of 45.

The National legal adviser will be from the North, the Deputy National legal adviser will be from the South also from 45years and below.

The National Treasurer will be from the South and the Deputy National Treasurer will be from the North from 45years and below

National Financial secretary will be from the North, Deputy National Financial secretary will be from the South form 45years and below

National Organizing secretary from the North, Deputy organizing National Secretary will be from the South, from 45years and below

National publicity secretary from the South, 45years and below

He stated that the party needs a young person to represent the party and speak properly to the young Nigerians on issues affecting them and the party

The Deputy National publicity secretary will be from the North with the same age category

National welfare secretary will be from the South while the Deputy will be from the North with the same age grade

The National Auditor will be from the North with the Deputy from the South, 45years and below

National women leader from the South, and the Deputy from the North

National Youth leader from the South, and the Deputy from the North.

According to Him, any well meaning politician and leader in Nigeria will sign unto the document especially of the APC extraction. He stated that all well meaning APC leaders have agreed to sign into the document.

He clearly stated that any leader that doesn’t sign up to the document, does not believe in young people ND should not and never be voted for again, and also, they are the enemies of Nigeria and the young people and they must be removed from the polity, so Nigeria can improve

The Chairman also stated that the aim of the committee is to begin the national reconciliation committee and also plan the February 26, 2022 APC national convention and to make sure that all APC stakeholders are reconciled before the convention

In the fifth part of the Agenda, the committee will carry out a successful and rancho free APC national convention that will get the party ready and geared for the 2023 General elections

In the aspect of the party’s constitution he stated
“The issue of violating the APC constitution and the Nigeria constitution has now been resolved”

“Young people have now assumed real responsibilities and we are ready to deliver.”

” While the opposition are preparing to bring back the same recycled leaders that have ruined Nigeria while playing Lip service to youth involvement our great party, the APC especially our President, Muhammadu Buhari has decided to change tacts and give real positions and responsibilities to the young stakeholders of the APC”

“No National leader will be responsible for producing young candidates, the Progressives Youth Movement will work with other groups in the APC and will be responsible for presenting young credible candidates that will represent our party going forward”
