Experts: Implicit Bias Affecting How Minorities Are Treated

According to experts, bias has been the reason affecting how minorities are being treated in every area of society.

The bias we can say is majorly how some are given authority or freedom of expression than the others. Though in a more likely manner there are those who carry out bias even in their various homes.

But this speculation is focused on how blacks are being treated in white countries where blacks are seen as minorities.

A survey test was taken in schools with mixed attendees i.e where both black and white kids are found, it was discovered the white kids functioned better while the black kids don’t because they were subjected to some form of bias and constraints compared to the white kids.

Also, a similar case was discussed where a Black America Aubery who was killed was seen in a house where no one lived in checking everything out and someone called the police which led to his death.

Meanwhile, a night before Aubery visited the house location, a white couple were seen entering the same house but none called the police on them.

Also, the death of George Floyd is one of the cases of bias. But we hopefully believe this recent development will lead to fairer treatment for all no matter our differences and color.
