BREAKING: Agba Jalingo granted bail, as Cross River Govt change charges
The Cross River Sate Government has changed charges against Agba Jalingo to Treason and Terrorism. The Cross River State Government reverted to the initial charges of treason, terrorism, cultism and attempt to topple the administration of Governor Ben Ayade.
In October 2019, Cross River State Government had amended its charges against Jalingo to three counts of terrorism and one count of cybercrime.
Also, Justice Sule Shuaibu of the Federal High Court Calabar has admitted Agba Jalingo to bail.
