Breaking: Trump Sworn In As 47th US President
Donald Trump has been sworn in as the 47th President of the United States at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.
Trump in his inaugural address said that from this onwards, America will be stronger and more prosperous.
“Many people thought it was impossible for me to stage such a historic political comeback. But as you see today, here I am. The American people have spoken.”
He announced that he will end the green new deal and announce a national energy emergency in order to end the inflation crisis and boost the automobile industry.
He went further and confirms plans to announce national emergency on southern borders. He also said all illegal entries will be halted and that they will begin the process of sending back “criminal elements” back to Mexico.
The day began with Trump and the First Lady, Melania attending services at St. John’s Church, marking the start of the official inauguration activities.
