Breaking: Appeal Court Upholds Tribunal Judgement, Affirms Gawuna As Winner Of Kano Guber Polls
The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday upheld the judgement of Kano Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, declaring APC candidate, Nasiru Gawuna, as winner of the governorship election in the state.
The appellate court therefore dismissed the appeal filed by the NNPP candidate and governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf.
