Former Ondo State House of Assembly Minority Leader Akpoebi Lubi died on Tuesday in an accident.
The deceased represented Ese-Odo State Constituency during the administration of former Governor Olusegun Mimiko.
He was the only Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmaker elected to the Assembly in 2011.
Lubi also served as the Caretaker Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government and was later appointed as the Special Assistant to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu on Niger Delta Affairs.
He, however, resigned before the end of Akeredolu’s first term.
