Sir. Abdullahi Mashi is a True Leader

I want to take You through the person of a great Leader who for Me will forever be in My heart for good because I simply can tell everyone of You reading this that Sir. Abdullahi Mashi is a reliable and trustworthy Leader, that holds the very best of character and goodwill for mankind not just for Nigerians and Africans alone.

Just as always, I am a great fan of goodwill and selflessness, because that makes Me feel very happy that life is fair to all and by so doing in every way I make sure I give in My very best to appreciate Leaders who place themselves in carrying out the act of goodwill and selflessness because it gives Me clear feeling that they love humanity within their working and outside their working environment.

Sir. Abdullahi Mashi is a Leader that brought peace, hope, and love into the hearts of the people and I must be honest to say that I have witnessed his great heart towards others. Most times I just can’t hold back how happy I feel for us as a nation to have such a Leader, to serve as the Permanent Secretary in the area of health in our country.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Sir. Abdullahi Mashi is one Leader who caught My attention and well wishes for being a true Leader, and beyond all doubt, I can wake up at any time to commend his good works because I am also aware of how he responded to all that has to do with making life beautiful for the people not minding religious or financial status.

Through him, the Ministry has embarked on several health projects, advocacies and sensitization programmes on health including carrying out selfless health projects in the society for the good of the people from the time he assumed office till now.

He has ensured the remodeling of our health sector, gave our health sector a wider scope by strengthening the health’s ministry’s ties with other international organizations which has helped in meeting head on every form of need that arises without wasting time.

From what I have realized about him, he is an all-inclusive Leader, whose good works goes beyond tribe and the rest of them, because he believes in all hands together makes us all victorious, he is humble, gentle, kind, open, friendly and never bossy because every time he is always considerate and down to earth at every point in time.

During this COVID-19 pandemic he played greater roles in ensuring proper efforts are put in place in all areas for us to successfully curb the pandemic, and besides the emergence of the pandemic, he brought a lot of innovations into the health system of Nigeria. I am without saying that Sir. Abdullahi Mashi can be relied upon to execute his duties greatly well without any need to worry.

Now let’s take a brief look at other areas where he had served and a brief of his other educational achievements before assuming the office of the Permanent Secretary, for You to know that he has come a long way in rendering service to our great country Nigeria.

Before his appointment as permanent secretary, he was the Director of Finance and Accounts in Nigeria Security and Defence Corps, Abuja.

Sir. Abdullahi Mashi is an accountant by profession and an indigene of Katsina State and was deployed from the Federal Ministry of Communications.

Sir. Abdullahi Mashi studied at Bayero University Kano where he majored in Accounting, graduating in 1983.

In 2010, he earned an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Plymouth’s Business School, MBA program.

He worked with the Bauchi Area Office of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Ministry of Finance of the old Kaduna and African Petroleum Plc, Lagos as an Internal Auditor, and Plant Accountant.

He returned to public service in 1994, serving for three years as the Chief Finance Officer of the defunct National Board of Community Banks; in 1997, he was posted to the Office of the Chief of General Staff where he served for two years as the Assistant Chief Accountant.

Now that we’ve all have a clear knowledge of this great Leader and Mentor, Sir. Abdullahi Mashi, I want to now honestly say that he has been a great source of support and strength to the country’s health sector.

Sir. Mashi, to Me, is defined as the epitome of transformation and he allows everyone to be him or herself, besides all these great qualities he is open to all forms of constructive growth-enhancing opinions and ideas that will make the country great health-wise.

So, when next You hear about Sir. Abdullahi Mashi, just have it in Your heart that he is a reliable and well-committed Leader that is humble and loving to all breaking language or religious barriers to ensure humanity makes meaning to all.
