“Being in The Same Group with Beyonce Is a Torture” – Kelly Rowland

If you were lucky to be born in the ’90s, you would definitely know Kelly Rowland, Beyonce Knowles and Michelle Williams from the once-popular and vibrant music group is known as ‘Destiny Child’.

The group was formed by three beautiful women who made the world a better place through the power of the music. The group got disbanded when Beyonce and Kelly went solo, while Michelle pursued other things in life.

In a recent interview on The Voice Australia, Kelly described being a group with Queen B as torture.

“I would just torture myself in my head. Like, ‘I can’t wear this dress because they’re going to say it’s like B’.

Or, ‘I can’t have a song like that because it sounds too much like B’.

“I would be lying if I said no, it’s never bothered me. That’s bull.

“There was a whole decade, if I am being completely honest, a decade where it was like the elephant in the room.

“It was the thing that would constantly be on my shoulder.”
