The suit by a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, IGO AGUMA against the party and its National Chairman, ADAMS OSHIOMOLE on congresses on Tuesday stalled at a High Court in Port Harcourt.

Our correspondent reports that this was due to an appeal by defence counsel, TUDURU EDEH who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, asking for adjournment to regularise their papers.

The matter which was initially slated for hearing could not go on due to counsel to APC and its National Chairman moved motion for extension of time to enable him regularized all his processes.

Counsel to the Claimant, ECHEZOLEM ETIABA did not object to the motion and the presiding Judge, Justice GEORGE OMEREJI granted the plea by APC counsel before adjourning to 30th of March for hearing.
