Over 1000 corps members join walk against corruption in Abuja

Over 1000 corps members in the Federal Capital Territory have joined the walk against Corruption organized by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The walk which is ongoing, commenced at the EFCC zonal office, at Wuse Zone two.

The Honourable Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Hajiya Aisha Abubaka, who is participating in the walk noted that corruption is responsible for most of our national challenges. She urged Nigerians to express their love for Nigeria by joining in the fight against corruption.
“If you love Nigeria, you must say ‘No to Corruption’. Our women are dying in hospitals because of Corruption. “Our Children are sitting on the floor to learn, and someone is responsible. “We want to sanitize the educational sector, we want to sanitize the health sector; we have to join hands to fight corruption. “
She further restated the commitment of Nigerian women towards the fight against corruption
