A fire outbreak has ravaged shops along Akala-Express area close to 350 Club along, Elebu Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State. At the time of filing the report, Police officers had arrived the scene and crowd were seen trying to put out the fire. Meanwhile, Fire Service officers were yet to arrive the scene of the Fire.
