MAMMOTH CROWD FORCES PORT HARCOURT MALL TO SHUTDOWN
A surge in human traffic has forced the management of the Port Harcourt mall to shut its gate on Christmas day. A mammoth crowd of Residents, fun lovers and visitors to the state capital had visited the mall for the 2019 Christmas day celebration. Despite the vast landscape the mall sits on, the Mall had an unprecedented visitors beyond what the mall could contain
The Mall which was constructed by the immediate past Governor of the State and current Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, is one of the biggest attractions in the city of Port Harcourt and the south south region of the Nation. The shopping centre like in most enormous urban areas is a centre of movement and a lodestone for the sake of entertainment searchers. With a shopping complex, silver screen and different nourishment courts, there is a smidgen of something for everybody at the shopping centre.
It is one of the biggest shopping malls in Nigeria with a gross leasable area of at least 10,000 square meters.
