FOSLA manager, Oguntimehin, excited over New 20, 000 Capacity Stadium

Team manager of FOSLA Football Club, Tolu Oguntimehin, says the construction of a 20, 000 Capacity Stadium for Nationwide League One new comers, Fosla Football Club (FFC) marks a new down in football in Nigeria. Speaking to journalists, Oguntimehin said: “This is a new dawn in football in Nigeria. This is the first of its kind and at management level, we are delighted. The prospect of playing in the field is enticing and we are looking forward to our first match there.”


“The construction will be in three phases: the first phase is the clearing, grading and rolling of the pitch. Then grassing of the pitch which we hope can be completed before the commencement of the Nationwide League One in March,” he added.

Former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi commenced the construction of the stadium for the Nationwide League One side on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 and it is being handled by SCC Nigeria Limited.
